Cesar and team were lifesavers. He came out the day before Thanksgiving and began work on Thanksgiving day so we could be back in our condo before the shopping on Black Friday ended. Highly recommend this company. No signs of the mold anywhere.

David and his son were so helpful! We had another restoration company come out a few days prior and scared the living you know what out of us by saying we had mold everywhere and we needed to make an insurance claim immediately. Wanting a second opinion, David and Cesar came in and quickly put our minds at ease with the situation and said we could handle this on our own and walked us through the proper steps to mediate the problem. Please reach out to this company if you have any flooding issues - they are extremely honest and will ease your anxiety and NOT take advantage of you. While I hope we never have to use them again, I would call them in a heartbeat if we did. Thank you for Global Restoration for being a company people can trust

Cesar and his team are eficiente, hard works and responsible. Cesar is a good leader of his team, but he needs some improvements in how to do more efficiently his job…otherwise, he did what he promised and a little more…I highly recommend him and his team to do the job you need.

Not sure where to begin. To say that David and his team did a fantastic job, isn’t enough. We had a water line pipe crack behind the wall. Only noticed we had a problem when we saw water coming up through the flooring. That was in our newborns room. When we called, David came out the same day to determine how bad the problem was. He quickly identified the source and had his team out the next morning and immediately began the remediation process. He was very professional, kept us informed of the process and was there when the insurance adjuster came out to explain what they did to mitigate the damage. DAVID, THANK YOU SO MUCH!
