Talked the talk, didn't walk the walk. We needed our windows re-caulked and a damaged sill repaired. Although we agreed he would take out old caulk and replace it, with few exceptions he put new caulk on old. He filled the damaged sill with material that sank and cracked when it dried. When we asked if he would fix any issues with his work if we discovered some, he said he would charge a $65 service call fee. My husband could have done what he did for way less than $20 a window.

Response from Company:

Miscommunication that in the end resulted in properly addressing issue and took action to completely satisfy customer.

Very professional - took the time to explain and show things that were happening and what would be needed in the future. Also, answered questions about other things I had planned and gave me his opinion on how, why and if he would do this. I will definitely be using him again!!!

Great craftsmanship and work attitude, but not reliable about showing up. He did half of the jobs I needed and the rest I gave up with the constant reschedules and went with another handy man

Very good workmanship and professional attitude towards the work required. Did a great job on a tile backsplash for my kitchen, repaired a wood floor exceptionally well. His work was very good but unreliable as far as keeping appointment dates.

Mr. Day of Sawdust Enterprises did an outstanding job for me. He called me when he said he would, he came by the house when he said he would and he did the job when he said he would. Mr. Day charged a reasonable price and I would not hesitate to hire him again. I didn't have to call him once and that in itself is worth the money !!! ,
