Glacier Property Solutions replaced our roof after the wind storm in 2020. We got several estimates, but Glacier stood out in every way. Mainly, the way they answered every question, their estimate was clearly explained and written out, and always responded promptly. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company and everything and more was completed. The very best part was the roofing team that had experienced, professional, hard workers and the result was a beautiful roof that will last another 25 years. We will definitely use Glacier Property Solutions when anything else needs repair on our home!

I worked with Ryan Norstadt who coordinated all the repairs and help work through the costs with my insurance. It was amazing to have such great help. The team that put the roof on were like a machine. They did a fantastic job.

Glacier Property Solutions came out quickly and assessed a problem area with our roof. We had listed the house and needed it taken care of quickly. GPS did just that. It was quick, straightforward , and a fair price. We will be using Glacier Property Solutions again!

I got 6 bids for this job. This company's pricing was in the middle. Their bid process was by far the most professional of the 6 bids with a clear description of the job, products to use, timeline, suggested extra work, clear pricing, warranty, etc. while the others went from a simple price written on a piece of paper; another said "this price but if you take the job today you get this other price"; another's price was double everyone else but then said " if you take this discontinued product and if you take less warranty the price is cheaper (still very high)". The reason I eventually went with Glacier was #1 their excellent proposal #2 they could start the following Monday #3 Dave was great to deal with #4 their price was acceptable being in the middle . The job went smoothly with good communication and the finished job looked great.

Ryan was thorough in his estimate and gave a reasonable time frame for project completion. I was notified the night before they would start on my roof. The large crew arrived early and worked from 7am until 8pm (with a lunch of course) to get my roof done in one day. They completed a complete tear off, redecking, and new venting along with the new roofing. Finishing touches were only 1.5 hours the next day and then cleanup. My roof looks awesome and I'm very happy with the new curb appeal.
