Gio Roofing Inc lied and said they had a license for jail contracting. They did not. His license is suspended.

We had three companies provide inspection and estimates. Jack with Gio Roofing was the only one to inspect both the exterior AND our attic. Jack was great to work with and honest -- if he had tried, he could easily have sold me on a full roof replacement, but he honestly pointed out how only minor repairs were needed.

Gio Roofing responded immediately to my request for a roofing quote to complete a patio project at our home. They were professional with great communication and experienced with "flat roofs" which is what we needed. They were not the least expensive quote that we received, but their communication and ability to do the work that we required quickly made them our first choice and we were not disappointed in the result. The work was completed on time as promised and was done professionally and everything looks amazing. It was a pleasure doing business with Gio Roofing. I highly recommend them.

My roof was 28 years old and still in okay shape, however there were some leaks in my garage and, since I was re-stuccoing the house and adding new solar panels I figured this might be good time to replace my roof. Tony, my contact at Gio Roofing, went into my attic, took pictures and showed me that, in addition to the leaks in my garage, there was evidence of some small leaks in the attic as well. Time for a new roof! I ended up replacing my attic insulation, too, because it had turned to crumbs after 54 years. Tony went through all of the steps and explained exactly what to expect. He's extremely knowledgeable, straightforward and friendly. Once the permit was approved, things went quickly. The insulation crew did a great job. The roofing crew did a great job. The roofers really went above and beyond. They installed a solar attic fan and did a lot of work on a section where the eaves needed to be cut to make room for a patio cover. And they did a beautiful job on that section. I highly recommend Gio Roofing.

Tony gave us a competitive quote for our roof, complete with demo for wood shake and replacement with new plywood and shingles, as well as repairs on our garage and a torch down on our patio. Came out great, would def work with them again in the future if we redo our garage, too.

Got several bids, Gio roofing came in at the lowest. Normally, lowest doesnt always mean better, but comparing the scope of work was apples to apples. Jack and his team got the job done quickly and with great quality. Anytime i had a question, Jack was there to pick up the phone. They even sanded and painted our fascia boards for a little extra cash. I appreciate quality work, but also quality business, which is why i had to leave a review. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 10/10

I had several quotes and Gio roofing was not the cheapest (but also not the most expensive) but quote came in same as one other company. Chose Gio roofing because Tony did a really thorough job of taking photos and showing me the damage he was seeing on the roof and also in the attic. Tony was very responsive at all times and Gio roofing were the only company who worked to find a solar company to take off and reinstall PPA solar panels. The team were very professional and cleaned up each day and tarped the roof when there was any chance of overnight rain. Project ran timely and with the install of new facia wood around front of house the roof also looks fabulous! They replaced ceiling in guest bedroom where the ceiling had come down from rain damage and paint team even matched custom paint over window. Finally Tony even had team pressure wash driveway to remove paint, which was lovely because the paint spill was pre existing to this job. I would hire Gio roofing again for any building/construction work. In my experience Gio Roofing is a trustworthy company that strives to exceed customer expectations. .
