James responded right away, came the same day and called ahead to say he was on the way. Performed the oven repair in a timely and competent manner. Also gave sound advice on refrigerator and stove top problems.

My dishwasher never worked. I paid a lot of money and got nothing for it.

We came out with the pretense of understanding that another company had come out and taking a look at the machine. At that time the thermal fuse was blown. When we replace the thermal fuse as normal protocol we allow the machine to run prior to our leaving. When you had called us back we explained the circumstances that in order for that thermal fuse to blow out a second time in such a short period of time, could only mean that the pump motor assembly must be pulling too much amperage. As a courtesy we came back out at no extra charge and replace the thermal fuse once more. You were informed through every step.

They responded very quickly, were clear in what needed to be fixed and cost to do so. Additionally they gave valuable advice about the options for repair vs buying new. I will ABSOLUTELY hire them again should the need arise.
