The contractor, Ryan P, called to inquire about my project within 30 minutes of my having posted it. He seemed interested but did not push me. I sent him photos of the project in question, (essentially an old shed that needed a new roof), and he got back to me promptly Furthermore, he subsequently came over to assess the work required, discuss appropriate materials, the time required, and bid right then and there. His estimate was a little more than I had bargained on but he was willing to do the entire job immediately, that very day. Which was what I needed. So, we agreed the price, after which he went and bought good solid wood, and worked steadily for four or five hours to get the roof on. Always professional, always polite and considerate enough to help me put a couple of finishing touches on the shed in question.

I hired someone for $60 previously and she left me without the dryer working. After they left they ignored me. After I hired Mr. Ryan there was a $200 dollar charge that he took care of. He fixed my dryer and it works perfectly fine now. He done a great job and was very respectful.
