New Edge Renovation

Disappointed in work is an understatement. Did not pull permits and we narrowly got out of fines from the city. Didn't use licensed craftsmen. Still not done after 6 months. They told us it would be done in 8 days. Created a fire hazard. They don't inspect the work of their subcontractors. Would have been easier and cheaper to hire and manage the subcontractors myself. Once we pulled the permits, their work failed inspection. They created a fire hazard, oversprayed paint on two new HVACs, they broke a fence, they broke a flood light, they broke 2 outdoor lights, they did not clean up the worksite leaving lots of nails and debris everywhere. We are out numerous months of rental income. House is not sealed from the elements. We have mice, high humidity, and air drafts. They stand by the quality of this work and these business practices saying they have been done with the project since July 10th.

Designer and installers were very thorough.

New Edge does incredible work. They redid our entire home after a pipe busted and flooded the home. Everything from design to execution of thier work was perfect. Quality work and fair pricing.

I got two bathrooms renovated through Newedge Renovations. Tomer and Itay are very professional and were always ready for any help. The bathrooms look great after the renovation. I’m very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

I canâ t say enough good things about New Edge Renovation. It took me over a year and meetings with four different contractors to finally feel comfortable beginning two large projects. We renovated our primary bedroom closet, bathroom, and sitting area into a large and luxurious primary bathroom and closet. Then we renovated our kitchen with new appliances, lighting, backsplash, countertops, updated cabinets, and an enormous island with seating. Yaniv at New Edge Renovation was the only contractor who made me feel like he was excited to work on this project. From the day we met, he had a vision and design ideas that were exactly what I was looking for. Everyone else I had met with, wanted me to tell them exactly what I wanted them to do. Yaniv held my hand through the process, provided 3-D renderings so I could see exactly what it was going to look like, and went to Floor and Décor with me to compare and pick out all the bathroom materials. He was infinitely patient and helpful and helped bring a beautiful design aesthetic to both projects. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated within budget and time frame. His crews were professional, and he held them to the highest standards, making them re-do things that I might not have even noticed, but he did. New Edge Renovation was committed to exceeding our expectations and they succeeded. I highly recommend Yaniv and his team and canâ t wait to start our next project together.

Professional, very quick and the work was great

Itay was thorough, informative and responsive from start to finish of the project. The exterior house painting crew did a wonderful job throughout the prepping, painting and cleanup. I highly recommend this company and paint crew in particular.

Tomer and his crew communicated effectively through out the project. Tomer clearly explained the different stages of the project, payment schedule and potential completion dates for each stage. They were punctual and completed the project on time. The quality of work was high and the end result of our floor and railing project was very good. We are very satisfied with the overall results. At the end, the walk through was conducted very well and any issue that we noticed was addressed immediately. Overall, Tomer and his crew are very easy to work with. We are very satisfied and will use their services again for future projects.
