Mr.Connor. We are waiting for the part to come in. It is coming from Canada. I ordered it on September 9, 2022. I contacted this past Friday and the manufacturer told me that they are 6-8 weeks out for my part to be released and then should ship within 1-2 days. That is all I can do. I am tired of our company taking the hit since this COVID CRAP. It is not my company fault. We have to wait we are at the mercy of the manufacturer.
They are not a trustworthy company; they do not deliver on their promises; they do not install what they say they will install. Not a good company to deal with.Â
I hired Genesis Design to install a new water heater. I am very disappointed in both the quality of their work, as well as their lack of communication when they were informed of the failing grade by the city inspector. I dont feel this is professional at all and now they wont return any calls or emails to get them to fix this. Im very frustrated and I will not recommend this company to anyone.
First they did not show up when they said they would. Second, they had to cut the drywall to replace the washer box and in the process tore it up. Said it would cost an additional $200 to repair in addition to the $280 it was already costing. Third, they did not clean up after themselves. Left a mess on the floor.

The technician was very courteous, discussed the work he was doing, did a great job of cleaning up the worksite, and provided me details on the materials he used.

I was very impressed with Lee and his son. They contacted me promptly, gave me a fair estimate and arrived within and hour and a half the same day. They fixed the leak and explained the irrigation system to me (I inherited the existing irrigation system when I bought the house). Apart from that they are very nice people and even diagnosed my car problem--service above and beyond :). I would definitely use their services in the future and will recommend them to my family and neighbors. Thank you, Lee and Jonathan.
Working with this company has been an absolute nightmare. He made a bid, I accepted the bid, and he told me it would be a two-week job I paid him. One week in and he tried to increase the cost of the job I refused. It has been 10 weeks the job is still not done. We have gotten one excuse after the next. Everything from health issues to problems with employees to even claiming there was a sod shortage even though I found side multiple places in town. The workmanship is so shoddy. They use the cheapest materials possible and have very inexperienced workers at your house which they do not supervise at all.
The following below is a text from Jaime she sent this text on 8/25/22 when we finished the job for Ms. Jaime- Hi guys! Hope you are doing great! I just came home for lunch real quick so I could just point out a few things but I think I missed you! I am going to send you a few short videos just of a few things that I have noticed, things are looking really great and I appreciate all the hard work to finish the job! The problem is now is she has a balance of $7000 for extra services she ordered and does not have the money to pay.
Installed wrong irrigation parts. Glued on outside of PCV only which caused pipes to break loose under water pressure. Did not dig deep enough when moving irrigation control box so lines would have frozen in winter. The irrigation box and 3 zones were aligned next to house. Should have been 180 degrees opposite. They broke my controller unit and did not tell me. All the above mistakes were verified by JUST SPRINKLERS. I have scheduled them to do a redo on all the shoddy work done by GENESIS MECHANICAL. Lastly, they blamed the pipes coming loose on water pressure at my home and wanted 900 dollars more to install a pressure reducer. JUST SPRINKLERS verified I had normal water pressure and that part was not needed. I paid almost a 1000 dollars for this job for them to do and not 1 thing was done correctly. CONSUMER BEWARE, They are dishonest and not truthful. Please use someone else for your water irrigation problems.
Not a good experience. Our company did not do his sprinkler system. It was done by another company. He hired our company to relocate his irrigation box and burry the water lines. The water lines were buried 4 feet. Did he trash talk? Just Sprinklers? he hired. Our job was completed and Nick was very happy. There were no leaks. His controller unit was broken before we took the job. He even signed the work order acknowledging the broken controller but he did not want to pay to fix it. Nics statement on this review is NOT TRUE. HIS CHECK BOUNCED. HE IS A THIEF!
