I was very pleased with the quality of the work their staff did in the renovation of our kitchen under the leadership of Kenneth Serrano. They were very professional and courteous and would not hesitate in recommending them.

An average rating mainly due to the "unprofessionalism" and "lack of common courtesy" by the sales manager Reinaldo (Rey). I constantly had to be the one to contact him to confirm appointment times. He was late for initial estimate and did NOT call and a complete NO SHOW to pick up paint samples without a courtesy phone call. He did not promptly respond to email messages. As a sales manager, all he did was constantly apologize but never offered any type of compensation. Crew was 40 minutes late on day of project. However, Kenneth and his crew of 3 others did a great job with the drywall, baseboard, and painting repair

Very helpful. However, I have not used their service at this time. They were so friendly and willing to go the extra mile for me. I really appreciate everything that Ray did to help me. I would definitely recommend this company to friends. Thanks again. Sharron Ryan

Excellent job, performed beyond our expectations. Very professional staff. Great value and great product. Installation was excellent. You made our kitchen come alive. It is so nice to work with a contractor that performs, and makes it extremely easy to work with.

Kenneth went out of his way to complete this project on time and to our rather demanding specifications. When our original supplier for the natural stone tiles informed us of a 2 week delay in getting the material, Kenneth sourced another supplier and once he obtained our approval, went out in person to collect the tiles. His crew were polite, friendly and extremely professional in every regard. Nothing is too much of a problem for Kenneth and his crew and we could not recommend them highly enough. Don't have any doubts - hire this contractor for your next tiling job.

Your absolute worst nightmare. I only gave them one star because the system won't accept no stars as a rating. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They abandoned the job. I still have the radio and fan from the painters, there is paint splatter, they painted where they were supposed to stain, they patched holes in the wall and it looks like a big glob of spackle, they didn't fill picture hook holes when they were supposed to. Never finished an outside part of the job they were supposed to do. Absolutely awful.

On time, worked quickly and efficiently...and did a thorough job. Priced the job fairly.
