Very professional, on time, great job

I have had a whole house generator since 2006. I have done business with 3 companies in my area and this company, Generator Exchange, hands down has given me more for less than all the others. My contact was Russell Baukus and he did EVERYTHING he said he would AND MORE. We had one little hiccup, (NOT Generator Exchanges fault), and he was on it immediately and went BEYOND my expectation to correct and resolve it sending his crew out to double check all settings and doing a complete annual maintenance schedule & inspection FREE even wanting to reimburse me my propane cost used while my generator was running!! His remark to me that his hand shake meant more to him than a piece of paper, (the contract) reaffirmed to me he was exactly the person I was glad to be doing business with! Oh and did I say he beat all the other bids I had received, and not by just a little bit! I strongly urge you to make him your "Generator Man" or at the very least give him a chance as I'm sure you will be as satisfied as I am. Also before I close I want to express how impressed I was with the men he sent out to install and work on my generator. They are both very knowledgeable and very informative explaining many things to me that no one in the previous 11 years of service ever did, I hate to overwork anyone but if you get the chance to have Aron sp? and Ronnie consider yourself in good hands.

I was very impressed by the quality of work these guys performed. They paid very close attention to detail and were very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member. They stood by their word on their price guarantee.

Lowest price and outstanding service. I was skeptical at first to have someone come to my house and determine my needs. It felt like a sales call to me to "up sell" me. This was not the case at all. Russell, an electrician with 35+ years experience came to my home after hours and quoted me a much lower price than I expected and quoted me what I needed with no "up sell" or pressure. They installed my 32 kW Generac generator later that week. The installation was professional, the installation crew was professional, and they answered all of my questions and even followed up with at least two phone calls to make sure everything was in order and to see if I had any other questions. There are other choices for generators, but the professionalism and punctuality of Generator Exchange is the best I have ever experienced in 20+ years of being a homeowner. I wish these guys could also be my A/C guys. I am happy to review Generator Exchange and I give them my absolute highest recommendation.

Russel Baukus was a great representative and I am completely satisfied with their work. They were on time and professional and took the time to explain everything and even followed up after to make sure I was happy with service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nothing else to offer

These guys were the best price by far. Because the ground was hard and the outside temperatures hot they had to take an additional day to do my install. They still stuck to the agreed-to price. They cut a sprinkler cable while digging, but were honest about it and took care of the problem. They checked the sprinkler to make sure it was fixed before they left.

Good value for money. Kept me informed of the progress of the work.

3 days from phone call to install. None of the other people that quoted me could do it in less than 14 days. Russell knew of our urgency and had the crew working second shift to get this done. For the other bids, dinner at 5:00 PM was the priority and not my needs. HIRE WITHOUT HESITATION! 5 stars!
