We had Gator lake come. Out to power wash our home and driveway after the hurricane and after the city cleaned up the debri and the streets. When Gatorlake arrived I specifically asked the to make sure all the debri, rocks, screws, glass and whatever else did not end up on the street. Then I left. When I returned home and turned down my street I saw rocks, mud and other debris in the street in front of my house. Not to even mention the thick layer of mud in the gutter in front of my driveway. So when I drove up and all the contractors drove up they got Mud all over the newly cleaned driveway. Gatorlake also got old paint debri that they washed of my driveway all over my elderly neighbors grass. I took pictures and sent them to Juan he argued with me and finally said he would come to fix it, he didn?t show up and the asked to come another day, but we had landscapers there installing new Landscaping. He never reached out again. Then he texted me and threatened me. Stay far away !!

After GatorLake power washed my house numerous plants and bushes died or were severely damaged. The business said they would fix the problem by replacing the plants and bushes. To date they have not completed their promise and have stopped responding. I find this very disappointing after I tried to have a reasonable solution with them.
