Scott and his crew were absolutely a pleasure to work with! The deck and pergola were completed to perfection by Scott’s crew! We are looking forward to the many memories we will be making in the new space. From the first time I met Scott I new he was a trustworthy guy as well as really appreciated his candor and attitude in working together. Project: Tore down and replaced my deck. Scott, the owner, was prompt and professional. The service he and his team provided was exceptional, going above and beyond what was agreed upon in his bid. Gateway Design & Build did an excellent job and top notch/quality work. Scott and crew showed up every day ready to work and put in a days work making sure that everything they did was perfect. They were polite, cordial, courteous, personable, and very professional. They kept me informed about what they were doing wanting my okay and looked to me for my approval & satisfaction. They strived to please me on the building project and built it as if it were their own. They redid my existing pressure treated deck and built an add-on step-down deck all in cedar for a total of 460 sq. feet of deck. It looks absolutely spectacular and my wife and I could not be more happy and pleased with the finished job. I spent 30 years in the military and retired as a CSM. I would be proud and honored to have these men in my unit. Their drive, zeal, integrity, honesty, and commitment to their job puts them at the top of the list. They are Truly Dedicated & Highly Motivated and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a top quality deck built or replaced. I wish I could post the pictures of the deck. I know you would be amazed at how perfect it is and how beautiful this cedar deck looks.
