This contractor supposedly and mis-understood my statement to and remove snow and and preceded to upcharge me twice. While I will say his and people did a good job, he proceeded to be sarcastic with me about the snow removal and amount, then told me I should have done it myself. He overcharged me based on his quote even though I agreed to the larger amount, then proceeded to charge me more based on his workers assessment of the snow being over 6 ft. tall even though I had told him it was about the size of a car (see photo). He initially was going to charge me $400 for 2 parking spaces, but said he had to charge more due to the excessive snow he had to move, I reminded him that in our original conversation I has asked him to and remove the snow, not move it, and he claimed he misunderstood me. He then told me I should have done it myself. I paid him his asking fee, but do not ever use this person or his company, he is clearly a scammer, and will try to up your bill if he thinks he can. $600!

Gary called us promptly and set up an appointment to come look at the job the same day. He was very thorough with inspecting how the water was coming in and what needed to be done to fix the issue. His communication with us was excellent. He answered any questions we had with knowledge of knowing how to get the job finished and correct. Gary is fair with his pricing and we felt that we picked the right guy for the job. We would have no issues with using him again and also recommend him to our friends.

I needed my whole roof repaired. This is my 1st home. Gary was very diligent, professional, and kind. His workers came very early and sent pics. They finished in one day. Its a blessing to find good harworking people

Professional service, sent photos throughout project, project was completed beyond expectations, work was professionally installed, correct and to code. I was very impressed. I work for a military shipyard and have 17 years in the trade, I have seen hundreds of different contractors, the team lead on this project has given me hope, I now believe that maybe some people still care. Still have a passion for excellence. The American Spirit, the way things use to be. The Grit and The Passion for what we do as men. Man to Man. RESPECT! We need more tradesmen with this kind of attitude!

Gary was great to work with, he was very upfront that there was likely to be some extra work replacing beams once the roof came off and he would be able to see the extent of the damage below. The work was turned around very quickly and done very well!
