Took a test for mold in furnace and it came out to the highest degree. When he showed it to me, he said it was somewhat positive. I guess he did not know how to read his own test. Why?

As I explained to her that a swab test is a yes or no test so the reason for that test is to see if mold is present as it was the only thing is we requested a lab sample be taken to get scientific lab results for her furnace and we also did not charge her for the swab test. She was a renter so we tested for them.

He did not pull air samples long enough, the first report he got was inconclusive and I feel that his interpretation of the second report was not complete. Poor communication. I would not hire this person again.

We are a professional service serving hundreds of customers per year. This customer is a first. I took her samples and was not happy with the lab results and without charge returned and pulled a complete series of samples which were accurate from a certified lab. Her husband is a handyman and decided to do mold remediation himself which in my opinion was not advised. I brought 2 professional air scrubbers to them at no charge for 8 days while he remediated. Lisa is in my opinion has a lot of issues and after 3 months she wanted a refund or was reporting our company to Angi. I explained to the representative that she never contacted us regarding her complaint. I spent several hours advising her and was shocked when she attacked our credibility. We hold no hard feelings but do not agree with her and the unfair review she placed. Our reviews speak for themselves and Angi should consider her own words in allowing this to be posted.

Our overall experience with Gardner Environmental Services was great. The requested project was somewhat last minute as we're in the process of selling our home, but they managed to schedule us within the timeframe we were hoping for. Their workers showed up and completed the job in the window of time they gave, and all three of them were friendly and answered our questions before and after. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with Gardner Environmental. They are totally professional and thorough, and good at communicating with customers. They did a Radon Mitigation at my house -- (It wasn't listed on the above choices of service and project.) I was quite impressed with Jordan and his crew -- They were hard-working and polite, and cleaned up after the work was done. They even thanked me for being nice, which is kind of funny, because I just offered them cold drinks, while they actually made my house safe to live in! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, and intend to tell my neighbors, friends, and family about this excellent company. To Dave, Jordan, Tino, and Matt: Thank you all SO much for doing such a great job!
