Erik Gardening

I'm sad to have to write this, as I thought initially, the work was wonderful. This is an amendment to a previous review originally written as soon as Erik and crew left the repair. Everything looked great when they left: Water flowing and 'appeared" to be complete coverage. However -- the next day? Not so much. Gaps in coverage leaving the ground completely dry in SEVERAL areas. (Our plan to plant seeds - that he was advised of - no longer possible) Several tubings were leaking, some of the tops of the watering devices were backwards and/or not functioning. I called Erik and he came back, made a few adjustments and said all was fine. However, that afternoon when the area was turned on per the setting he scheduled on the controller....gaps. I tried calling Erik, sent photos and a video of the gaps in coverage and leaking and sent a text....zero response. i will now have to hire someone else to repair what I paid a sizeable sum for a 4.5 hours work with Erik and no follow through to correct his gaps. He and his helper worked very hard at the manual labor portion of digging up and then replacing the irrigation tubing and emitters, but they apparently were not skilled enough and left out areas that I didn't see until after they had gone. Erik seemed great. But the quality of work was mediocre as far as supplying water where it was needed...apparently no attention to details. And, the fact that he won't now return a call or text - or come and fix his work, speaks loudly.... DO NOT USE ERIK.

Erik and his assistant arrived on time, were right on the job. Asked specific questions to make sure they understood our goals. Then, WOW!!! They worked so efficiently and amazingly got a moderate project done in about 4.5 hours!! They had to dig up an existing irrigation system, then redo the ground, install a new system with sprinklers/emitters, checked for proper coverage of a convoluted space, dug up a tree stump we had trouble with, and the list of smaller, but important, details that go along with it all. Absolutely amazing. No goofing off, no lallygagging around. Very business like, yet personable. We would hire Erik and crew again without question.

They did a wonderful job and were friendly and on time. Cleaned up great and my yard looks beautiful!

Eric was wonderful. Found the problem and solve it with a new system that is easy to use. I will hire him again in the future. Super nice guy, smart, on time and hard worker. Recommend him highly.

Erik was very professional and came out to give me an estimate and was able to schedule me in the next day to do the work. Will definitely use his services again!

Question is too soon I just hired them

Erik and his partner were absolutely incredible. I want so badly to say not to hire him so that he has availability for all the future projects that will be flowing his way but that just would not fair. He and his partner work quickly and diligently despite the extremely crappy job he completed for me which involved pulling and digging up a yard full of weeds. The work was thorough and no corners cut. Erik is friendly, on-time, and is communicative. Upon my initial job request, Erik had called me within 5 minutes of hitting submit, was at my house to provide an accurate in-person quote less than an hour later, and started the job two days later. When I say I am blown away by him and his work ethic I mean it. If you have any doubts about hiring him, throw them out the window. It will be the best decision you make for your yard.

Yes, Eric was polite and on time. He was able to trouble shoot and finished the job.
