Hired him to epoxy my older garage floor. There are concrete joints (seams) and two drains. They did not get product into all areas of the joints so they filled them in with clear silicone caulk. After a while (as expected) the caulk turned black from tire dirt. Not a good look!! Originally they fused the 12รข diameter drain covers to the drains. I called them to fix. He came out and the young man that came with him took out a pocket knife and scored the area around the lid thus freeing it. However that action chipped off some of the original epoxy surface they poured in that area. Since then there has been discoloration in this chipped area. Rust has appeared because there is no epoxy there anymore. Bottom line is that he did come back (took several rescheduled appointments) but he never really fixed it. In fact he came back a second time after I called complaining that it just keeps looking progressively worse. He Said all the joints were filled while it was obvious they were not and he put some additional product around a small portion of one of the drains to see if that worked. It did work on that area which was about 4รข long. Last time he came he tried to start a fight. He is really really a hot head with a bad temper. He got extremely sarcastic and animated so I walked away not knowing how much he was going to escalate the situation. He apologized but that never solved my problem. Finally I texted him and told him that the small area he fixed around one of the drains was holding well and that if he would just drop off some of the product I would fix the rest myself. I have never heard back from him and it has been several months. Stay away! If things go well he will be alright. If there is a problem he will be abrasive and blame you. Probably should not own his own franchise. I had the same process done to my garage floor in Florida and it looks beautiful and has lasted for years.

for prospective customers reading this. we did go back out several times. the rust is coming from water pooling around a metal drain. we do not epoxy metal, only concrete. customer wants a maintenance free coating. one still must do the normal cleaning of a garage with and without a coating. we cleaned off the rust once at no charge. this is not a warranty issue.

The material required was not available & had to be shipped in from CA. This resulted in the schedule for the floor being moved several times. Once the material arrived the job was completed to the revised schedule. Pleased with the job the installation guys did. Floor looks great.

They did not communicate with me. I had to continually reach out to them after the quote and I excepted the work. They did not start or finish on time due to not having the materials on the agreed-upon start date. I had to pay for extra days storing the contents of my garage because of this.

The owner was rude and left the trailer parked crooked in the driveway for 3 days. They did not return calls after they have been paid.
