Very unprofessional and incompetent service

I got my springs replaced from this company, but instead of doing a proper diagnosis, they made it sound like that was the only problem. They charged me $2,100 for the spring replacement and come to find out I need to replace the chain hoist which they are asking for another$ 1,100. Please do not use this company as they are not forthright. I realized I could have gotten the problems fixed for much cheaper from another vendor. STAY AWAY!!!!

he said he didn't get a warranty on the product so if it breaks down he not going to get his money back

I had to rush out to work and my garage wonâ t open and I had my car inside. I received a call from them immediately, spoke with a nice young lady named Jessica on the phone and she was able to send help within an hour. Alex arrived, assessed the issue immediately and provided the quote , he was very patient and I felt in good hand . I Would recommend these people again , fast service , patient with less mechanical inclined people and affordable prices!! Thank you
