Curtis was terrific with his estimate and installation. The only negative was a one day delay in installation due to weather and lack of a phone call to advise of the delay. I had to call them when they didn't show up in the specified time frame.

Steffon provided exceptional service. Garage Nova sent him out on the same day regarding my broken spring on my garage and when I was only expecting a quote & then schedule for future service date he showed up with the proper replacement springs/tools to get the job done on the spot and also for a very reasonable and lower price than the competitors. AWESOME Job!

The installer did not arrive during the promised time window. The company did not contact me to advise me of the delay. I eventually called them and the installer arrived about two hours late. Roger, the installer was courteous and professional and I am very satisfied with his work.
