I hired Gamma Flooring to do multiple jobs for my rental house on 4/27/2024 because Andres told me that his company can do the flooring work and his family members can do painting, house cleaning, and yard work. He also said that all the work can be done by the end of week. I went to check on 5/3/2024, they did most of painting but still doing bathrooms floor and upstairs floor. Andres asked me to write checks saying he needs money to buy carpet material and promised me all the work will be done by next day. However, nothing has been completed on 5/4/2024. Two days later, he texted me saying carpet was done but house cleaning will be Wednesday late afternoon. On 5/9/2024, my realtor and I went to inspect my house. Andres and his worker were loading old carpet on their truck but left lots of trash in my garage. He asked me to pay him in cash for the yard work and house cleaning. He said that he will come back get the rest of trash in an hour or next day. However he did not show up either later Thursday or Friday and not responded my phone calls. Meanwhile we found that two closets were uncarpeted, one bathroom ceiling was not repaired, one door was not painted, missing several door stops, left all the gaps between bathroom floors and baseboards or bathtubs, washer and dryer were not hooked up, uninstalled mini blinds as he promised initially. I was keeping text and call Andres with no response so that I asked my bank on 5/10/2024 to stop pay the checks they haven t cashed out. I also had to call Angi for help on 5/14/2024 which was the day the original review posted. Although Andres came back finished carpet work and took the rest of trash away from my garage, but he still not completely done the other things.

Really appreciated them making sure everything was right. The doors were not swinging right after the new, thicker carpet went in and they trimmed the doors up to perfection at no charge. Even made sure I didn’t fully pay them till the job was fully completed. Great team, efficient, good value

They arrived on time and ready to go to work. They had good knowledge about the product being installed and the correct tools for the work. I plan to use them again in the future to install wood floors in our addition.
