Gale Force Roofing and Restoration

Listen people, there are still good people and good companies out there! Keven of gale force roofing fought for me and got me a new roof. They did a great job and showed up on time. I highly recommend Keven and gale force roofing for your roofing needs.

For a home improvement project, this was the easiest one ever! My Project Manager, Josh was on top of the project every step of the way. He responded to every text and phone call and resolved every issue. The roofing crew was excellent! They worked carefully and safely all day. Everyone involved was both friendly and professional. I couldnâ t be happier with the completed project and would recommend Gale Force to anyone looking for a roofing contractor.

We had a new roof, 5 impact windows, and 1 sliding glass door installed. The inspectors caused delays with both jobs, but the team was helpful and responsive to my texts/calls. I felt like Sean was on my side through the project and it was nice to be involved and get some knowledge about the install process.

I am not easily impressed but the service and professionalism I received from Gale Force Roofer did just that! It was my first time having to replace a roof and needless to say, I was dreading it. After hours of research and 100s of reviews, I decided on 3 companies. I went on each website and requested a quote and additional information. Gale Force Roofing was the last one, yet the first to respond. I was immediately impressed with Laurie who was the first to call. Her professionalism and confidence gave me hope for a smooth transaction. I scheduled an appointment. I watch the rep arrive 5-minutes before the appointed time and wait in his car. I watched him approach and knock on the door promptly at the appointed time. They were off to a good start. Ted introduced himself and came in. Ted explained the product being used, Owens Corning duration shingles and the end-to-end process. He was professional and knowledgeable. I did not even feel the need to meet with the other roofers. There was even a notary in the office if needed for the permit. Ted stayed in touch throughout the process. He even came by on the day of the install to see if I had any questions or concerns. The roofers arrived at 6:30am and were on the roof at 6:45am. At 6:30pm the roofers had packed up and were leaving. Ted called again a few days later to see if I was satisfied with the work and had any questions. This is what I call world class service! I would recommend Gale Force roofing to anyone!

Gale Force Roofing company provided us with a great looking roof and we couldn't be happy with the results. The agent Liam Wynn was great to work with, he is very professional. They worked with my insurance company, and with no out of pocket money we got our roof done. Once they started, they finished the job in one day. I have recommended them to friends and wouldn't have done so if I wasn't sure theye'd be happy with the results too. ~ SAYED PEERZADA
