DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Red Flags: 1) They do not own any equipment. 2) They do not have roofers (workers) on staff. 3) They work as contractors. What does this mean? They do not have full control of worker schedules and quality. This will cause issues! I have a flat roof that needed repair and they sub-contracted out to another company who did a poor job. They did not add foam underlay for water shedding, no ventilation was included, and no top caps for parapets were installed. I now have an unfinished roof that is likely a mold nightmare. I have spent 4 months back and forth with them promising to come back and fix it with zero action. I now have a pending lawsuit for all the money I spent for an improper roof. Hire a company that owns equipment and hires workers on staff.

I originally needed a leak repaired which Galaxy Roofing did but then proceeded to pull all the rotted parts off my entire roof. THEN came at me with an astronomical quote to fix my entire roof. I should have sent them packing but I now had a roof already torn apart. We came to an agreement on price but honestly in hindsight I got hosed. Promises were made to come back and finish the work and they never did. I have warped boards, spotty painting and critters now in my attic that they assured me would be fixed. My situation can not be fixed due to my ignorance but I can save someone money and time.

Completed work the same day and at the quoted price. Pointed out issues with my roof so that I could make an informed decision on repairs later. The roofer that completed the work was very friendly and knowledgeable about all things roofing.

Galaxy did a great job and was very professional at what they do the clean up was great will definitely recommend this company for sure

We had a server leak in our roof around the chimney and galaxy roofing contacted us through angies list, they came out immediately and diagnosed the problem right away they put a emergency cover over it and came back the very next day to begin work, and had it done by the end of the day I would highly recommend galaxy roofing. Thank you John

I would not recommend this business because of the horrible customer service from the person who managed the project. Hard to get a hold of, did not tell the crew what exactly needed to be done so they ended up doing only a part of the scope, then took forever to complete the project. Were late and rescheduled on me at least 3 times. It is finally done, two weeks later. Normally I would not care, but this was for a rental house and coordinating with tenants add another layer of complexity. Would have been easier if the entire agreed on scope was done on the day they first came. The crew was fine, they fixed the issue, eventually, it is the project lead or whatever the persons title is, was unprofessional, kind of rude to his workers, late, hard to get a hold of. At some point I regretted hiring this company. I need a roof replacement but after this exp, I have selected another company. I hope other people have a better exp with this company.

We noticed a leak in our roof and we did not know what to do We put our request in Angies list and immediately we got phone calls from A lot of roofers That came out and could not find where the leak was coming from but then we got a phone call from John from Galaxy roofing services he came out very quickly and detected Where the leak was coming from they put a tarp over our roof that night and the very next day they were there early in the morning and worked on the roof for two days to stop the leak that other contractors could not point out where it was coming from but just wanna say thank you John and galaxy roofing for your Experience and your services

I have been unable to get an itemized bill or any pictures. Unfortunately I also never got a contract to sign. I looked them up by the phone number on the card they gave me and it looks like they had their license suspended under different company names. It is not the same phone number thats on Angi. Not sure what is going on. They kept charging my 94-year-old father more and more. They had a lot of excuses, but still have not received our skylights. 4/16/24-Galaxy Roofing has never responded to my calls or texts. I reported them to the Attorney General for deceptive practices and work never completed.
