Very nice customer service. Quick to give a detailed quote for our project. Scheduled services to start within 1 1/2 weeks of contacting and completed the entire project within 4 days. The finished product, a new replacement brick fireplace chimney, from the roofline up - looks fantastic. They do nice work, I would recommend them to everyone looking for Chimney Repairs.

Alex and the crew were very timely and hard working. They finished the project ahead of schedule and after the clean-up you could not tell they were there. Both Carlos and Alex communicated wonderfully before, during and after the work project. The results are fantastic!

Within an hour of scheduling an appointment, I messaged requesting a different appointment date. They never responded. Two days later, on the original appointment date, I messaged to say since they had not responded to my change request, I was planning for the original appointment. I had rearranged my work schedule to accommodate this. They responded that my appointment had already been moved to the new date and were no longer available. So I rearranged a second day with work. They never showed up or called and have been unresponsive to texts and calls. It has been a week since the second appointment time and still no word.

The whole staff was knowledgeable, courteous, hard working and wonderful to work with from a routine chimney cleaning to a full replacement of our chimney liner. We would recommend them to any one who needs work on their chimney!

Repaired cracked crown and 2 course of brick below. Also repaired some loose brick on hearth. GREAT service. Good value.

We only wanted our oil flue cleaned. Several companies declined to even consider, except Gael! Alex came out and went right to the top of our extremely high A Frame, brought down pictures of a badly damaged chimney cap. Last year we had our roof replaced and no one told us about the chimney top damage! Alex and team arrived at noon one day, removed replaced and worked till 8pm to finish! But a bat got in and they returned and added mesh wire to the caps (at my request) great customer service. I communicated with Carlos frequently and he was patient (when I was frantic about bat) and super accommodating! I would recommend giving Gael a call FIRST, forget the rest!

Gave a good recommendation for glass cleaner and was vey efficient.
