I have to change my review due to problems. He has not finished the job. After he received the final check for his work (Yep... bad idea) Contact from him has been minimal at best with promises to finish but has not yet. The last contact was nearly 4 weeks ago. Do not believe I will be using their services again. The owner failed to complete the job thus, he broke his own contract. DO NOT pay this man until the work is finished. He did a lousy job as the poly is falling down off the walls and there is water standing in the crawl space. His own contract states that he will change the filter and clean the dehumidifier and remove any water every 6 months. (For) an extra maintenance fee of course) I have not heard from or seen him since 02/11/2021. If you want someone you can trust to do the job......call anyone except him! I made a $7,000 (+) mistake........do not let it happen to you!
My deepest apologies for not getting back to you. I believe we have spoken on several occasions after work was completed and even came back multiple times to correct all issues that were asked about, including regraveling driveway, regrading driveway, and additional items. We do apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused. We are very busy and cannot come out every time a separate issue arrises. We have corrected all items that were on punchout list, except one item of cutting back two to three drainage boards. We have had the intentions on returning to correct the one last item. But, we have been very busy on other tasks. The issue at hand does not void nor does it affect the drainage system that has been installed. We still have intentions on coming back to cut the 2-3 drainage boards that are above the grade level that has changed due to the rain and settling of the soil.
