Desmond came within a couple of days of my call. Gave me a quote and once I accepted, he had his crew there the next day. They even worked on Saturday! Desmond and his workers were professional, accommodating and did a great job on my kitchen remodel. I would definitely hire him again!

The owner Mr. Conley is very professional and knowledgeable about home improvements. When other contractors could not get me on the schedule for months, Mr. Conley and his crew began work within a week. The estimate I received was two thirds less than his competitors, but the quality of work was equal or better. I'm grateful and will always keep G.I.D. remodeling on speed dial for my next home improvement projects.

I had to hire a contractor for the nonprofit I work for and it was really scary to invite a stranger into the office to cut a whole in the meeting room wall and trust them to replace it with better wall... pretty much a large drywall project. Desmond was as good as I could hope for for the project. friendly, communicative, flexible. we encountered issues half way through the project (essentially my problem was worse under the surface) and he adapted and took care of it without changing out price, which was really great. at the end of the week my supervisor was impressed with the work and asked that we make him our go-to remodeler/hardware expert. Next week well have him back to re-do work from another hire who did no live up such a standard! we were ultimately really happy with the work, the professionalism and the friendliness.

Desmond was paid to pour a STAMPED concrete patio. What we got was a DISASTER. His workers knew absolutely NOTHING about pouring concrete and we had to have the ENTIRE mess jacked hammered out. No refund...no resolution and the ABSOLUTE worse construction experience of my life. We had to even pay for the dumpster to remove the cement mess from our backyard. To add injury to insult....Desmond had the audacity to ask if we would split his workers wages for the removal of the cement ....WOW!! To sum up....totally unprofessional, not skilled or reliable to perform work they were advanced the money to perform, and very shady. One of his workers left his pickup truck in the middle of our yard for a week....of which we come to find out that it was stolen. PLEASE BEWARE and don't make the same mistake we made.
