I was expecting the water damaged ceiling drywall to be replaced but all he did was peel the drywall paper off the damaged area and slapped some mud over top the damaged drywall. For what I paid for, it was pretty much a rip off. Especially since I have to go buy stain blocker paint myself to cover the seeping stain coming through.

We are sorry that this customer feels this way but If a customer has questions about the work, I am happy to discuss any concerns about the work that was performed. I was not contacted by this customer to talk about any issue so we can not help someone that has questions or concerns about work performed if they do not notify us? When all that was needed was a phone call to me to explain or discuss any issue.
