The techs were wonderful and patient in talking me through the setup process. I truly appreciated their support! The company also switched some equipment to help meet my needs. In addition, they have employed an onsite security team if I am away and the alarm goes off, I would need to pay extra for that occurrence, but on a rare occasion, that I would need it, it gives me peace of mind. I really feel I have a good system.

This group helped me decide what kind of alarm modules would best protect my property. When the items arrived they talked us through installation and over the first few weeks they exchanged some of the modules to overcome some issues (for example, a motion detector was being triggered by a skylight because it reacts to heat, so we substituted a broken glass detector instead). If the alarm was accidentally triggered as we got accustomed to the system, they called to check with us before alerting authorities. Their customer service is excellent and our system now protects against any imaginable type of invasion.

  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
