10/10 would recommend this business!!! I had an emergency water heater situation that was 22 years old and started leaking. I was desperate to find someone to help me. Andrew called me immediately and answered all of my questions! He was quick, resourceful, reliable and HONEST! Thank you so much Andrew and Brandon for the fast replacement of my water heater. I called on a Thursday afternoon and everything was fixed by Friday morning. I can't thank them enough. Customer service is unlike any other!!! Easy to communicate with, no surprise charges, did exactly what he said they would do. After they were done they cleaned up the work area and took the old unit for disposal. I am so grateful I found Fred Lepley Plumbing. Will for sure recommend to everyone I know and will use in the future!! Thank you so much Andrew and Brandon!!!

The service required a Collier County permit. The company ordered it and I paid for it. When the plumbing inspector came he said the water heater install had failed because a valve of the top was missing. I called Andrew who runs the business for the owners who are in Pennsylvania. He said he would be in touch with me and correct the problem. I have not heard from him and its been over a week. They also put in a water heater for my daughter who was in the development next to me. She received a phone message about and inspect your coming and Andrew never got in touch with her again. We both are very disappointed and had I not already paid them I would probably put a stop payment on my credit card if it was possible. I am very disappointed. I would have been better off paying the extra few hundred dollars and gotten someone local.
