My repair took two visits, but they were able to get it working during the first. I was very happy with the technicians that came out. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

This was a second opinion. Wow, am I glad I got one. While he couldn't locate the leak in our A/C, he looked for it everywhere. The first guy barely looked. The fix isn't a sure thing, but by the time he left, I was freezing. And the work was $600 less than the first quote!

I wanted to send you the best carpenter we have and I understand he did a great job putting back the door to the attic and closing the opening for the old thermostats; he even did some extra work in adjusting a doors at your house at no extra charge. We pride our selves on the quality of craftsmanship that we provide and sometimes it takes time to arrange for the work at the time that is convenient for the customer. I called on 2/22/17 and talked to Oscar about doing a diagnostic on my system that was giving me problems. His Tech Rick came out on 2/23/17, he was very pleasant and professional. He did not rush the job, he was very patient with all my questions. The final result was I needed a new system, I had an estimate before he left. I talked to the people in the office and they said the job could be completed in 1 day. I ended up hiring this company. They came out on 2/24/17 and true to their word the job was completed in 1 day. Rick was the tech who installed the system, again he answered all questions and walked me thru the install process. I definitely recommend this company.
