They had to cut out a chunk of the wall. The installer said that they would come back the next day and put in a plywood door to cover the opening. I have contacted them a couple of times and they have not responded or made the repair. I believed them and paid for the installation. My mistake. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UNTIL THEY FINISH THE JOB.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
