Their price was on the high side, but when we had some issues, they came back and fixed everything. The end result was excellent. We are very happy with our new garage floors; they are easy to clean and they look quite nice. I would definitely recommend Forms Designs.

We are very happy and impressed with the polyasparic polymer finish that Forms Design put down in my garage floor. Our garage floor looks fabulous like a new room. I highly recommend Forms Designs to everyone. The entire job was completed in one day! The price I paid was fair and in line with the two other estimates I received. I am told that this type of finish is stronger than epoxy and does not break down in UV light.

I am impressed with the quality of work, and love the finished product. I had a garage floor that was a failed epoxy job. The floor was full of pits and created a great deal of grit. The concrete was damaged. Marco and his employee ground down the concrete and covered the surface with polyaspartic in a pleasing pattern and covered it with a clear coat. I have a designer garage, and couldnâ t be more pleased.

They came up with a solution to a problem waterproofing the concrete deck that forms the roof of my garage that no one else could provide.

The summary - they did a really good job and I would definitely hire or recommend. The details - the job was completed last month. This work was performed in my 2 car garage. My garage floor had an issue where the concrete slab had a significant crack in the middle of the floor due to a poor garage extension which was done prior to my purchase of the home. I thought i would need to tear up and replace the slab all together. However, the company told me they could repair the slab. We agreed on a price and moved forward. We had a minor scheduling mix up so they did not show up on the day I originally thought they would. But once they did show up they completed the job in a day as promised and it looked very good. My only complaint it that there is a low spot where the most significant repair work occurred and water now collects when we pull in with wet vehicles. I am not sure if this is something that could have been leveled off or corrected. I only noticed it several days after the job was done.

I came across a tutorial (Duraamen.com) more than a year ago about applying concrete over a plywood floor (for 2 bedrooms). I was actually going to attempt to do this myself....but my husband wouldn't let me. So, I contacted Duraamen directly and asked if they could provide names of contractors in my area. This is how I found Marco. We had concrete added to 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom and part of my laundry area. I am beyond happy. I am so thrilled with everything from the service received to the finished product. They finished within 3 days as quoted. They were very friendly. They were very neat. This crew is extremely productive, I highly recommend them. I am so happy I went this route rather than attempting to do it myself. If I am able to post photos, I will once I get my furniture back where it belongs. The floors look AWESOME! I have a 3rd bedroom that I will be scheduling to have done in the very near future.
