I want to say I had a good experience, but like the other person mentioned they would disappear for long periods of time. Needless to say I'm writing because of now I'm trying to track them down because the SHITTY work they did is not worse then it was before they came - the ceiling work they did is already falling apart and now I seem to have mold where they had apparently fixed the roof flashing and repaired any leakage that was coming in - i guess not cause you can see the water lines and mold and the drywall falling apart...but now the phone number isn't valid and chasing them down is now my next battle!!!!!

I hired this company to do a fresh paintingfor the first floor walls and changing the doors plus a small bathroom remoder for my client. Have heard many complaints from my client plus an unfinished job! No one will answer my calls either.

STAY AWAY!! This company is nothing but fraud. They will take payment for your job in advance then disappear without finishing the job! Avoid having to go to court just to get your money back, and find someone dependable! They will damage property & cut gas lines and refuse to fix it for weeks!! They do not call JULIE before digging, do not call to request permits (like they said they would), and much more. I wish someone wrote a review like this for me before I called them. On the positive side- Their director of operations, Anna, is great and the workers are very nice (when they are there). Negative side- every thing else. I have never left a review like this before and I hate being THAT guy, but I want to warn others who you may be trusting the other reviews like I did. They were to lift the concrete, install correct French drains for my downspouts, epoxy the crawl, fix gradient, replace subfloors. After 3 months since I first gave money, not a single thing been completed (except for drains that I need to hire another company to redo). Do NOT trust this company or the owner, under any circumstance!!

Hands down the best gc I have ever used. He was so prompt and knowledgeable and the final product blew my expectations away. It doesn't get any better than Chris and Formmz construction. I had 3 other quotes and he was worth ever dollar and the customer service is astounding. Can't wait for him to do our neighbors to see another masterpiece in our neighborhood.

I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Formmz on multiple occasions. More recently, they performed work at my Commercial Laboratory location where they performed the following at the highest level; General Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, baseboard and trim work, moving of equipment, ceiling restoration, mold removal, etc. Not only did they complete this in a timely fashion, they were respectful, professional and achieved a high level of quality. The categories offered here are too limiting to describe all the work that was done to my home. Finding a company to replace and paint the cedar trim on the exterior of the house was not fun. When I met Chris and he said â we can do it allâ thatâ s the moment I knew I could stop the interviews. The exterior now looks great and next up will be a new roof and deck repair.
