We are very pleased with the work we had done, it's exactly what we wanted. Tim stayed in contact from start to finish and everything went even faster than we expected. The job was completely cleaned up afterwards and we were left with our new pergola. I would definitely recommend Fordified Construction and Remodeling.

Tim exceeded expectations with the reroof of our home. Showed up when scheduled, provided a fair quote, worked through the rain to get us â dried inâ . Cleaned up the job site daily and when finished. The guy honestly cares about the quality of product he creates and service he provides. I will recommend him to friends and family.

I never saw a general contractor take so much extra time to sure my new shed was perfect. The quality and final results exceeded my expectations. If u r looking for a man to do any kind of construction work 4 u look no further. To my surprise Tim would work well into the night to get the job done when promised.

He roofed my summer home last summer amd when I arrived this spring there is a leak. He ran the downspout against flashing and did not install ridge vent and whirlybirds instead therefore my new roof is out of warranty. He has never returned any calls and this is going to be a huge insurance claim and has cost me 1,800 to fix his shotty work.

We live in North Pole,Alaska and 2 years ago Tim and crew put 2 huge, steep roofs on our 45 year old house and garage after first repairing both. We are still pleased after having a heavy snow load this past winter. The estimate was spot on with no overages. We are giving this company a 5 star rating! All work was finished on time.
