Justin from Footprints Floors of Northern Utah came to our house to look at a couple of flooring issues that we are having. He fit us into his schedule and communicated with us when he was able to come earlier than planned. Justin was professional and friendly upon arrival. When we showed him a flooring issue with our vinyl, he was upfront about the process that it would take to fix it, and when it proved to be out of scope for their installers (the project is really, really small), he was great to offer alternatives for us to look into. He knows flooring, he was respectful of my time and my money. He even helped me fix a problem area with my carpet while he was here and I am so grateful. I would recommend Footprints Floors of Northern Utah to handle any flooring needs that I have. They know the product, they are professional and so great to work with. I'd give Justin six stars if I could. Really great experience. We didn't even get the floor repaired and yet I feel better about life knowing what my options are and knowing I wasn't sold on something ridiculous. Call him!

My wife is an interior designer and she is very detailed when reviewing the work of vendors she uses. She only uses top quality craftsmen who can meet her demanding standards. All I can say is that she will use and recommend Justin’s team for future projects. Quality and value are hard to find.
