Shawna and her team did a fantastic job with our floors. They look AMAZING! We are beyond pleased. The team - Luis and Edgar - took wonderful care to cover everything with plastic to minimize the dust and to protect the surfaces and did a great job. In addition to the quality of the work, the quality of the communication was top-notch and much better than I expected. Shawna was easy to reach and quick to respond if I had a question. She also sent lots of progress pictures! The process is a little daunting - having to move all your furniture out is no picnic - but Footprints Floors made it as painless as possible. We 100% would hire them again and have already passed their contact info to several neighbors.
