A person came out and we picked out plank flooring for two bathrooms. He came back and picked up the deposit . Noone called back to schedule us so l called and found that the salesman had quit and they were unaware of us. I will call back again today.

Do not hire this company. I paid 50% up front for flooring project and still have no flooring done. Extremely poor communication skills. I have sent multiple text messages and emails with no response. It is like this company fell off the face of the earth. When they did respond one time they said they would call to set up a day. My original day of installation was January 10th and it is now February and I still have no floor!!! DO NOT HIRE!

Hi Heide, We were scheduled to do your kitchen floor November 2021. You had ask to reschedule for January 2022. We reached out multiple times via email and phone to have a schedule date with no answer. You then contacted us canceling the work. Your deposit check was mailed to you. Let us know if there is anything else we can help with.
