To begin, the third-party installers were professional and did a great job. Our initial experience with Flowers was exceptional. The showroom staff, the person who came to measure, the job scheduler, etc. were all great and we were overwhelmed by the customer service. The floors were installed January January 10, 2023. We chose a Mohawk flooring product. After completion, we noticed the floor was not flush in numerous places in every room throughout the house. Our experience changed completely from this point on. I pointed the issue out to the third-party installer. The installer stated that he noticed it as well during installation and pointed it out to the project manager. He stated that the boards were warped and were concerned about not having enough product to replace all areas of note. The installer indicated that the project manager, Kalen, advised the installer to continue with the installation and hope that we did not notice. At this point, we had made 2 payments on the project and the final payment remained. We discussed the issue with the project manager who assured us that all areas (20 areas throughout upstairs and downstairs) would be corrected. Then, we were told that a rep from Mohawk needed to come to our home to inspect it as allegedly this product had never had such an issue. I will also note that we had to crawl on our hands and knees to find all areas affected, and mark them. The Mohawk rep came to our house and took no notes, no pictures, or documents anything. However, he did agree that our flooring was the worst he had ever seen, that it was due to faulty product, and assured us that it would be corrected-WITH A COMPLETE DEMO and REINSTALL due to the number of affected areas and the randomness of them. Weeks later, after hearing nothing, we contacted Flowers who stated that the project manager needed to return to our home to take pictures so that a claim could be filed with Mohawk and the reinstall be approved. We were told that we would be contacted within 24 hours to schedule the next step. Weeks later, we call Flowers to inquire why we never heard from them and ask what the status of correcting the problem was. Flowers stated that Kalen would need to return to take pictures of the flooring that was not flush and submit them to Mohawk. We called Flowers after Kalen took the pictures and were told we would hear from Flowers within 24 hours. Weeks went by without hearing from Flowers. When we called Flowers claims department and asked why we never heard from them, we were told us she forgot to set a reminder on her calendar. At the time of this review, it is March 20th, 2023 and we now have been advised that a third-party inspector needs to come to our home before a determination can be made. Since discovering the uneven boards post to install the customer service from Flowers has been abysmal. The communication went from beyond outstanding to now we are struggling to obtain return calls, timely communication, or any updates. Sadly, we will not use Flowers or Mohawk products again.

Let me start by saying the crews that did our paint and carpet worked very hard and did a great job. However, I could not be more disappointed with my experience with Flowers Flooring. We had both our painting and carpeting done by Flowers. As soon as we paid our deposit everything went downhill. We were moving and having the work done prior to moving in. I was told by the scheduling representative to give them a call once the painting job started to schedule the carpeting job for that following week. The scheduler confidently assured me that Flowers had so many carpet crews that there was no need to schedule the carpeting job in advance. However when I called to schedule the carpeting job not only was I told that they were on a two week delay for carpet installations but that our carpet was also on back order. I understand that back orders happen but no one ever reached out to communicate this to me. Our job ended up being delayed a month. It also seems as if there is poor communication across the company. I was called and emailed multiple times to make our final payment before our job was ever completed. Each time I had to explain to the employee that our job was still not completed. I was also disappointed with the oversight of each of our projects. Their quality managers for both of our jobs only ever came by and spoke with us on the first day of the job. There were no check ins with the manager overseeing our job after the first day. The quality manager for our carpet job did not even give us his contact information. There was no mid job check in or even a final check in or walk through with the quality manager. The work was good but definitely not worth the frustration of working with this unreliable and inconsistent company. After my poor experience, my mom hired XXXX for her flooring job and had an amazing experience. Also, in the future, I would also prefer to work with a company that has their own crews and does not sub out their work.

Flowers Flooring removed old, moldy tile in our tile shower and replaced it with modern, up to date tile. The new shower completely transformed our bathroom. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. I would recommend this company to others.
