Excellent experience

Don Busse -owner came out and gave me an estimate on installing a mini split a/c, heat pump system for my lanai. He explained all the details of the installation gave me a installation date and performed the installation as purposed. Very impressed with his services and would highly recommend him to any of my friends or neighbors.

Don responded immediately to our request for an air conditioning service. He gave us a good price for a new air conditioner which he had in stock. His installers did a good job removing the old and putting in the new. When we opted for a different air filter his employee did a first rate job of fitting it into the limited space. Cleanup followed the job. My husband and I have been very pleased with Florida Air, their price and workmanship. I would highly recommend them for professionalism and honesty and value.

Don, the owner, is honest,friendly,professional and very knowledgeable. He made getting a new HVAC system ,a very easy experience. The installers were great. Don pulled the permit and a couple of days later, a beautiful new ac unit was installed. Iam a very happy Customer and would recommend Florida Air.Don delivered exactly ,what he said he would. A very efficient ac unit , at a very fair price and a fast installation.

Great experience working with them

Eleven years ago Don installed a Ruud system for us, but this summer it failed and needed to be replaced. Don explained that he now recommends Comfort Air equipment as superior to Ruud, and he was able to obtain it for us quickly despite various supply-chain problems afflicting the industry. He installed the new equipment and it's working well. Don has always been responsive to our needs whenever an HVAC problem occurred, and usually he has been able to effect any needed repairs within the terms of applicable warranties, thereby minimizing our costs. He installed a system in our daughter's home in Lakewood Ranch, too, and we do not hesitate to recommend his firm. He excels in providing cost-effective service.

Replaced two AC units (upstairs and downstairs). Very flexible and easy to work with. Respectful of my time and never tried to upsell me. Excellent workmanship and was the lowest price option by a significant margin.
