Very disappointed in the work done. Needed to have part of carpet re-attached due to flooring work that needed to be done and had the carpet pulled up. Lopriore responded to my Angi request and was told about the job including replacing part of the padding. After work was done I noticed several areas in the center of the room where there was no padding so apparently Lopriore did not replace any parts of the padding. These depressions will be a constant trip hazard. Would not recommend this company

Customer never called us to let us know there was a problem, when i saw this bad rating i called them to talk about what still needed done, nobody answered so i left a message. I pulled their carpet back to were all the furniture was stacked and Patched the pad and reinstalled the carpet. If there was any more pad that needed patched it had to be under all the furniture that was moved to back of room which i couldn't get to to even know. customer was happy when i left.
