Floor N More

Brent is very knowledgable about flooring and sales. He was straight to us. When the floor was ready to be installed it was the day and time he stated. Manuel and the crew were on time and worked quickly to remove the old carpet and wood and installed the new vinyl planks on time. They were very neat and clean...removed the old floor and hauled it off. It was a very nice ordeal between Floor N More and my wife and me. I would recommend them for flooring needs.

The guys that did the floor was awesome. They came right in and finish about 3 hours. If i ever need my floor done again they will be the first people i call.

To this day, I have recommended one company and one company only for flooring, tile/back splash, and counter tops: Floor N More. I cannot express in words how great of a service that this company offers and the exceptional prices as well, but I will try my best. As a first time homeowner in Frisco, TX, I purchased a house with carpet in every room. Yes. The bathrooms had carpet, too! My first initial thought was to rent a steam cleaner from the grocery store and just clean the carpets. They didn't look that bad. I called around to a few home flooring businesses (big box stores and local family owner stores) and I never really got the attention that I wanted. I either got a lackadaisical salesman or a teenager who still lives with his parents. Then, I stopped by Floor N More and I talked with a guy named Romie. Wow. His store was busy and he was helping everyone on the showroom floor. When he got to me, he still had the same can-do attitude that he had with every other customer and he explained all of my options. I could replace the carpet for cheap (he later showed me why he recommended to replace it) or I could go with wood laminate, real hardwood, etc. He knew all of the options! He quoted me a few prices and he was under all of the other stores I had walked into. He was the lowest and he was using better materials. Something had to be too good to be true, right? Nope! The next week, he came to my house to measure and he looked at my carpet. I really appreciate his honesty. While some people might not like to hear the truth, he gave me the brutal truth. While the carpet looked new, he pulled up a corner and i was disgusted to see what was under my feet. Once again, he didn't pressure me to buy anything, but he showed me in person. Thus, he measured for some wood laminate that I had picked out at his store. (Note: ask him what's new in the world of laminate. He's always up to date in the industry!) His crew came in a week later and they installed wood laminate, they tiled my master shower, master bathroom, guest bathroom floor and shower, and eventually, they installed my counter tops on my IKEA kitchen. I was impressed with every, single person he brought into my house. The transition from old to new took a long time (partly due to my pickiness), but it was well worth it. I will post photos from old to new when I locate the old photos on my old phone. I'm not saying you have to pick Romie or Floor N More, but you will get a great person who will be honest with you; more importantly, he will give you a honest price. He also has seen a lot of different houses and layouts, so my suggestion is to listen to his ideas as well. I'm sure glad I listened to him!

I love it because they clean up after themselves and very professional. There prices were great.
