    My floors look fantastic. the installers were very professional and did a great job. Had a glitch because my floors were uneven and David was great at figuring out a satisfactory solution.

    The salesman was dishonest, misleading and unreliable

    [Consumer name withheld at their request] I appreciate you taking the time to complete this review, and we are disappointed that your experience with us did not meet your expectations; however, we disagree strongly with your comments. Throughout our interactions with thousands of customers, we have never been accused of dishonesty, and we take that claim very seriously. Our information shows that we completed the project at the agreed price and largely within the time-frame we estimated. During the final walk through you repeatedly expressed how happy you were with the final product but that you had some minor concerns with the moldings as some were not a complete match with the floor. I explained that just as there were color variations with some of the boards depending on the cut of wood used to make that particular piece, the same is true for the trim pieces. You also raised issues concerning our communication and whether the moldings were provided by the manufacturer. I listened and responded to each of your concerns, including noting that we had shipped the moldings overnight from the manufacturer at our expense to ensure a timely and convenient project for you. I explained that I was in contact with you every day during the installation and that when we found a problem with your concrete subfloor, we brought it to your attention and repaired it at no additional cost to you. When you pointed out a problem with the baseboards, we showed that it was a curvature in the wall of your home that caused the baseboard to appear warped. When your check was returned for insufficient funds, I worked with you to resolve the issue while absorbing the fee charged by our bank. We tried diligently to resolve all issues that you raised, however that does not appear to have helped with your perception of our service, and for that I apologize.

    great business my floor looks great very professional explained the complete job had a few areas the needed to be fixed for the floor to be right they did it the job was done on time and they crew are amazing head crew man fermin lopez explained every thing needed when a problem came up and a aprox. cost. I LOVE MY FLOOR THANK YOU FLOOR COVERINS INC> !!!!!! AAAA++++

    We absolutely love the luxury vinyl tiles that FCI installed through a large part of our house. Everyone was very professional. Dave, the owner, gave us an estimate that was $600 below another estimate we had. They were also able to do the job much sooner than the other company. The whole crew, led by Joe, was top notch. They worked very diligently, put in long hours, took few breaks, and always cleaned up. One suggestion for Dave would be to include a discussion about the baseboards up front with the customer so they are totally aware what to expect. If they decide to get new baseboards, that way they will know how much that will cost from the beginning. We decided to get new baseboards on about the second day of installation, but didn't find out how much that cost us until the final payment was due. That's why we rated the customer service and value at less than 5 stars.

    The people were very professional. I did not like that we were not told in advance that we would have to finish up the moldings. Had I know this, I might have done that prior to them installing. I'm 70 and husband is 88. It is too hard for us to do that work on our knees. Also, the installers did not screw in the fixture for the icemaker on our frig and the screw stripped. They brought me something to replace it, but ended up calling a plumber for $150 to fix.
