    I called totally panicked about the water damage to the basement. Our sump pump stopped working. I called this morning never expecting an answer it was 7am but Rob answered. He came out that afternoon on time as promised. He was straight forward and honest. To our surprise he said that we had done a great job at containing the water damage and said we can take care of the rest ourselves with fans and a dehumidifier. I was so happy I hugged him. We had someone come in and give us an estimate of almost 8,000. You just don't see this with companies anymore honesty and integrity. I highly recommend their services to everyone. I will tell all of my family and friends. If I am ever in need of the many services that they provide this will be the first and only number I call.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
