Amazing customer service and hard workers !

All the toilets were not flushing due to heavy solid waste buildup. House built to 1978. Had 200 feet of cast-iron piping. We had two plumbing companies come out and diagnose. They put a camera through then followed up with chain knocking. The plumbing failure still existed. Flex Drain was recommended by a third plumber regarding their expertise. The only other solution was to tear up the flooring of a newly renovated home. Jordan‘s method resolved the issue. It is not cheap, but the alternative was much worse.

We have an older home and were constantly having to call a plumber due to the pipes clogging up and then overflowing into our downstairs bathroom. Flex Drain Solutions is a family owned company recommended by our plumbers at Scotto’s Plumbing. Jordan and his son Christian came out and did a great job descaling and relining our plumbing to avoid future problems. Furthermore, we had an unrelated problem due to a cracked drain line but they came out right away to see if they could help figure out where the problem was. I highly recommend them.

Jordan was hired by us for some important Cast Iron drainage lining work and it was not an easy job. Because of tenacious tree roots continuing to grow he had to return to remedy a followup problem. Other drain issues we had also were expertly addressed, and we are grateful this is all behind us. Thank you Jordan for a job well done!!!

Flex Drain re lined my cast iron pipes and I’m just amazed at this new technology that saved me from having to dig the floors up in my home. The men worked there butts off I will be telling all my friends about them

This company was very nice and did a great job. They were able to take great care of my property.

I was planning to give this company a five-star review. But, after I handed over a check for $10K, I discovered that the wrong faucet had been replaced on the outside of the house and my bathtub still is not draining properly. I have called this business multiple times to get these things corrected but they are refusing to return my calls. The plumber was supposed to coat all the pipes and do some other work that was discovered once they got started (the original quote was $4k, but there were more substantial issues and I do not dispute that). But I was promised a scope video to see the finished work and I have never received it. I really have no idea whether the work was done correctly. This has been extremely disappointing because it is a small family-owned business and I really liked everyone I dealt with. I also hired them based on previous reviews. If there is a change in this situation, I will definitely update this review. But at this time I do not recommend this company.
