The team at Flawless Floors was professional, clean, friendly and super good at what they do. Will certainly be the contractor of choice moving forward.

5.0 Nicole L. Aurora, CO

The installers were friendly and FAST! They got my job done in 1/2 the time other companies quoted. It was also reassuring to know the company is bonded and insured. A lot of installers out there arenâ t - you could end up with a big, costly repair!

5.0 John T. Cotopaxi, CO

They are quick and very professional. Attention to detail was awesome.

I had an amazing experience with Flawless Floors of Denver from start to finish! They are very efficient, professional and easy to work with! I have been telling all my friends and family that they should use this company, too!!

Pro: When someone did come, they did good work Con: It was 3 months of hell. We never knew when someone was coming so you had to always be home. No one would come and after a couple of days, we would call and our contact person (Noemi) would say she'd get hold of "Art" and have him call us(no one did). For the entire of 2 weeks people were here a total of 3 hrs. Another week, the plumber came, told us he needed a part and never returned. It took several more days to find out what part he needed. Another time after being 4 hrs late, the plumber sent a friend? and told him how to install by phone. We started getting up to 10 calls a day from Flawless Floors looking for their money while we still had holes in our walls, no vanity, an unsealed shower, ect. Each time a person called, they expressed surprise the job wasn't completed. Flawless floors turned our first remodel into a nightmare. Responding to FF. The ONLY thing we asked for was the vanity to be installed. YES, When the old one was demolished and thrown away, we expected the new one we had bought to be installed. Do you know many bathrooms without sinks? If this was extra, knowing most people expect a sink in the bathroom, why wasn't it mentioned at the time of the estimate?! When we were told it would be another $700 for the tub surround, we paid right away. When the plumber left and we were finally able to get Noemi on the phone, she wanted to know why we did not know what part he needed. We were never told, he just left. THERE WAS NO CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION. If fact we had called multiple times and when you called for the rest of your money, sent pics of holes, shower not finished(see above). Like I said, truly a nightmare Like Response from the owner2 days ago Robin, I am sorry you feel this way. It is difficult to properly schedule a project when the parameters keep changing. It seems every time we spoke to you or your husband on the phone, another service was requested, and often times, requested free-of charge. For example, a new vanity install and plumbing hook-up was not part of the scope of work. After signing the completion form, your husband requested this and claimed he did not know that it was not included. All services agreed to and paid for are in the sales contract and clearly listed in the paperwork. Regardless, the owner of the company decided to do this for your husband for free in order to keep him happy. As for the 10 calls a day, once you signed the completion certificate, we logically assumed the project was completed. Yet every time we spoke to someone at your home, it was not really done, there was something else being requested. In the end, you have a beautiful new bathroom with multiple complimentary upgrades that you should be proud to show off.

They completed the project, flooring looked great. It is now buckling and coming up. I called them in May to tell them. A repair guy called and said he would call me back to come by and repair, have not heard back from them. In November, I had a call from a sales person to recommend them. I told them I could not until I hear back and get repairs done. Today (Feb) I am still waiting.

Moving and Renovating can be rewarding and overwhelming all at once! With this project being our 3rd home purchase/renovation - previous experience has come with the good, the bad and the worst. Flawless Floors is EXCEPTIONAL. They are incredible with all faucets of the process! From beginning to end we had consistent communication and any concerns were handled immediately. Their craftsmanship (shout out to Oscars CREW!!) and follow through was above and beyond. Thank you to Flawless Floors for completing our wood flooring and tile needs! You put the finishing touches on our beautiful home! We would recommend them to everyone we know with confidence. Cheers ð ¥ ð ¡ - Rodney & Nadine Jeffers
