I am a difficult customer, as Florida contractors seem to consistently operate unethically. Ian was a great surprise. I read through all of his reviews before selecting Ian. Through the entire process, he was professional, punctual, informative, and personable. He showed up prepared and was knowledgeable enough to pivot when a part was not included. He had the necessary part to complete the installation and cleaned the area where he was working. We tested my new solace together once it was complete. I would definitely recommend Ian for work of this quality.

He took some money, refuses to prove to me that he has even ordered the part, told me to order it myself from Sears parts. That is outrageous why should I pay him if I'm doing the work.

The service I received from Fixtronic to fix my ice maker couldn't have been better. Ian answered the phone right away when I called and scheduled the appointment for that very afternoon and then called back to get the serial number. He arrived on time (in fact, even texted me when he was on his way). After taking a look, he told me the ice maker mechanism was broken (it's ten years old) and that I needed a new one. He also had the forethought to order a new ice maker before the appointment, and when it wasn't on backorder from his usual channels, he managed to find another provider that had it in stock. When it came in two days later, he called me and arranged to come over that day to install it. He even cleaned my freezer when putting everything back together. I highly recommend his services. He's prompt, personal, professional and above all, got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Great job cleaning and fixing our refrigerator and they came out the same day, which was great. He even threw in some maintenance tips on our A/C.

The business owner, Ian, called me almost immediately. He wanted to make sure that I did not go without my laundry for a long period of time, so he was out at my house the very next morning. I thought the price was fair and he was very quick and efficient. Ian was the friendliest guy, I definitely recommend calling.
