I spoke to Brad today about a shower door and while my project is too small for his full remodeling business I was impressed how honest and helpful he was. He was glad to direct me to a company that my project would fit. To me that is a true professional. I would go to him if I ever had a larger remodeling to do.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Five Star Bath Solutions of Northern Utah for our bathroom remodel, and we couldn't be more impressed with the outcome. Our bathroom presented some unique challenges due to its irregular size and shape, but Five Star Bath Solutions of Northern Utah rose to the occasion with unparalleled professionalism and expertise. My parents hired this team to remodel an old tub to make it a walk in shower that is easier for my mom to get into. Right from the start they were very helpful and kind. Travis was a great project manager and made sure my parents had time to make any changes to the colors and styles of the shower. Dustin worked so hard and did an amazing job! What a great group of people, we are so happy!

These workers were so pleasant and nice and would listen to my every question. They also made sure they were doing what I wanted. I would certainly give Five Star Bath - 5 Stars. I am happy with my bathroom both downstairs and up.

All the gentlemen who worked with me were polite and knowledgeable. My questions and feedback were not ignored. My install took the projected 3 days. My only complaints are that there was a bit of mess from the silicone that I had to clean up and the shower rod was not what I was expecting based on the language of the contract (it's just a tension rod). I needed to use adhesive to keep the rod where I wanted it after hanging the shower curtain.

Five Star Bath did an excellent job replacing our old tub/shower. Very pleased they were able to get out here soon after our bid . Very professional and friendly people. Excellent workmanship.

The work that Carlson did was great. The skill and attention to the small details really made the project worth it. The suggestions he made really added to the overall look of the bathroom. We added a few things and he was able to adapt to the surprises we had on the project. We look forward to working with them on another bathroom when we can.

The work they did was good. They just are not reliable. They would tell me what time they would be there and it would be hours after that, that they would actually show up. The project took much longer than expected. They did make sure that things were all taken care of but the time aspect was frustrating.

During some planned repainting, we noticed that our shower wall was peeling away from the drywall and figured that couldn’t be a good sign and were on the hunt for a bathroom remodeling company. We reached out to a few companies and Five Star Bath didn’t hesitate to give us an estimate to include whatever damage might be behind the wall and included remodeling our outdated bathroom at the same time. Turns out our shower pan had been leaking for a while and there was a bit of a mess behind the shower. Marc was able to get us an estimate and schedule the remodel within a couple weeks and were very accommodating to our timeline since we had a previously planned spring break trip. Lorin, Chris and Landon were able to complete their portion of the remodel in about a week and at the moment we are just waiting for the glass walls. They crew were very nice and friendly, they took care to put down plastic protective sheeting on the carpet and hauled away all of the trash and debris. Our in house project manager (very inquisitive 5 year old) was on hand to supervise and the team were very kind and answered all of her questions and made her feel so special. We are very impressed with the speed with which we were able to get our bathroom taken care of and the finished product is great!
