Five Star Bath Solutions

I had a very difficult job just for a shower overlay/remodel. I got three estimates and not only did Five Star use better materials, but they quoted the lowest price of all three. I am so happy with the results even after two years and have hired them again to do the overlay for my downstairs bathroom. During my first encounter, the estimate was so inclusive to my specifications and he answered all of my questions, even technical ones. He showed me everything and told me to take my time and call when/if I decided to go through with it. I can’t call him a salesman because he didn’t try any tricks like the second guy did - like “calling his boss to try to get a lower price” and telling me the lower price was only available today. He also tried to tell me that the green board they use was the same as the cement board that Five Star uses. The third guy was the worst. He brought two or three samples to show me and acted like he was too busy to spend time with me. He brought two or three samples to show me and acted like he was too busy to spend time with me. He told me they use particle board as the base behind the shower and said they’ve never had a problem with it. He then said it really doesn’t matter because they are #1 so of course I would choose them. He was wrong on both accounts. I will never use anyone other than Five Star Bath Solutions for all of my bathroom needs!

Our entire experience with Five Star Bath Solutions was excellent. Christina and Jessica were very patient and thorough and answered all our questions. James and Joel did a beautiful job on all 3 bathrooms. They were on time, and they cleaned up after they finished the job. We love our new bathrooms. I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. Such a pleasure to work with the entire team.
