My husband and I had a great experience with First Thought Inspections. George was kind, courteous and professional. He did a great job communicating to us in a way that we both could understand. He took time to answer all our questions and we did not feel rushed. He was detailed with his report. We were not familiar with the drone inspection, but it was a helpful feature to have since our roof was recently installed. We would definitely recommend First Thought Inspection to any future home buyers, sellers or home renovations.

First Thought Inspections did an extraordinary job with conducting our home inspection. Recently, my wife and I had some major renovations done to our home. After we finished our renovations, we wanted to hire a reputable home inspection company to identify any deficiencies that we may have overlooked. So we contacted George at First Thought Home Inspections. After receiving their final comprehensive home inspection report, we were alerted to some deficiencies that would have definitely reduced the value of our home. We immediately made the repairs that the report identified. I truly believe that the report helped us save money and contributed to the significant increased valuation of our home. Whether you’re about to buy or sell, or just need a comprehensive, reasonably-priced home inspection, give them a call!!! George was an amazing and VERY thorough Inspector! I got the complete home inspection and I felt that his drone footage was a great touch! Definitely would love to refer him to all of my friends and family for future home inspections!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
