David Silver was a bad deal for us. My Landlord called him after we had made the appointment with another expert. Mr. Silver acted in a disrespectful manner in the presence of the Police, leaving an INVOICE of $800 without performing the work. Everything was captured on cameras. We (Tenants) have a major mold crisis in our home. Mr Silver turned out to be unprofessional. And while we were dealing with a complicated scenario we received excellent service from another expert. We do not recommend Mr Silver's services!!! He is an uninformed and compulsive professional for anyone dealing with a mold problem in their home.

David Silver was extremely helpful to us when we had a major mold crisis in our home. He was generous with his time, very clear in his recommendations, and very good at working collaboratively with the remediators we hired as they dealt with a complicated scenario. We would highly recommend him as a knowledgeable and compassionate professional to any who are dealing with a mold issue in their home.

One of (if not the) best specialist we've worked with on a home purchase. David was extremely responsive and thoroughly answered every question we had from initial consultation through report result stages. He was super transparent in pricing and recommended testing, sent out samples and wrote up his report extremely quickly, and did a great job of explaining our testing results and recommendations. I felt I could trust David to properly test our property and that he would give us educated recommendations for remediation.

We now fully understand the issues that exist in our home with mold and have clear, detailed reporting that we used to inform remediation companies so they can now take care of the biggest problem areas. David was on time, thorough, and very easy to work with.
