The initial work done in the month of March was very sloppy and the leak was worse than before in the first rain after the work. He did not show up until called repeatedly and said the fault is the plumbing or the drainage. The plumbers came more than once and he failed to show up and we had to pay the plumbers $150.00 everty time they came. Finally he admiited that it was all the roofing problem caused by hurricane. The damage done was enormous. Our TV burnt from the leak causing short circuit and tripped the breakers. The plastic-burn stench was there for a week. medical records were damaged (it is a medical office). Instead of replacing the tiles which was agreed upon, he spray painted the tiles ruining the wall paint. We are now forced to get another inspection done by an independent roofer. The charges exceed $250.00 just for inspection with photographs. When you use him, make sure that you have the roof inspected before making the final payment.

Came out the next day. After inspection Showed pictures and Explained what was needed. Completed the repairs the same day.
