We had a clogged sink pipe. They arrived at 7 pm on a Saturday and took care of the problem. We noticed a minor leak several days later. They returned quickly and found that the leak was not related to the original problem. They fixed that as well. The original project was $220 total while another plumbing company gave me an estimate of $558. First Aid is available 24/7. There was a high level of competence by the plumber. Both he and Alex are very customer-friendly, professional, and experienced. We are now looking at replacing our water heater. Alex has spent a good deal of time talking with me, answering questions, and providing written estimates for work. I trust their work and business practices.

Alex is a very competent, experienced master plumber. He was professional and fixed the problem we were having with our commode in our half bath. I had called another company out the day before who tried to scam me by saying we were going to need extensive, very expensive work done to our sewer line. They had three of their so called plumbers come out to diagnose and give me an erroneous explanation of what was needed. Alex fixed the problem himself and his fee was reasonable. I would recommend him highly.
